Reasons
First and foremost, I chose to be vegan for the environment. Then it was the vitality that I experienced through body health that kept me addicted. On top of both of those things, learning about the vegan lifestyle was an evolution in my spiritual practice and living out my perspective on respecting all energy forms ranging from the cosmos to your capillaries.

When transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, a lot of people perceive the diet to be restrictive. After all, you’re “giving up” meat, butter, dairy and all the things you’ve been conditioned to believe you need, due in large part to the propaganda and lobbying of the meat, dairy, and egg industries.
Rather than looking at it in this negative and limiting light, I refer to the vegan lifestyle as the “largest common unifier” since all human bodies need to be nourished with the plethora of vitamins and minerals found in whole fruits and vegetables!
And, once you make the switch, I guarantee you will discover countless plants, herbs, and food preparation methods you didn’t even know existed! All it takes is someone to introduce you to new concepts and your whole world can change. Mine did dramatically through many teachers along my path and that’s a major reason I want to share what I’ve learned via this website.
